I've changed my theme and my layout. I've done this for a couple of reasons.

One reason is that I've been using Twitter a great deal lately to post "breaking" stuff I find on the web and in my friends' Twitter streams, and to comment on it. I also post frequent questions - sometimes in English, sometimes in Chinese, and sometimes half-and-half - to people in my network. So I thought I should feature my Twitter stream more prominently since this kind of "micro-blogging" has now become a regular habit.

The other reason has to do with the links I post nearly every day on del.icio.us. For years, I had set my del.icio.us account to automatically post my links once a day in one blog post. I've decided to change that. From now on my daily links will run down the far right-hand side, right under the picture. People can subscribe to that feed directly, of course.
