Wire services report:

(BEIJING)IN a tearful press conference in Beijing today, China’s Great Firewall called to be given its privacy back and to live a normal life like everyone else.

“It’s so unfair!” sobbed the firewall to reporters, “Everyone has put me under a microscope and are saying the most terrible things about me.”

It went on to say that it had been feeling “stressed-out” and that the negative coverage from the blogorazzi “wasn’t helping.”

The press conference ended abruptly when the visibly emotional Great Firewall stormed out, knocking over Blogspot while pushing through a crowd of curious onlookers.

Youtube, with whom Great Firewall has a very public on-again-off-again relationship, had no comment.
