BCD Semiconductor Backs Away From IPO

Times continue to toughen for China technology IPOs. BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd., (BCDS) a Shanghai-based maker of power management chips, has pulled its offering, which aimed to raise up to $66 million.
