Asia Stocks Mostly Higher; Yuan Gains Against US$
Aggregated Source: China Stocks News and Analysis from Seeking AlphaStock traded higher across most of Asia with only the Nikkei 225 Stock Average, -0.6% to 15,564, and the Hang Seng, -1.0% to 27,842.93, ending in negative territory. Trading volume continued to be thin as the last day of trading in 2007 rapidly approaches. Meanwhile, the Shanghai Composite led all advancers, +1.4% to 5,308.89, for its fifth gain in six sessions.
